Secured Infrastructure
All communication between our servers and your device is encrypted, ensuring that your data is protected from prying eyes. Your data is also encrypted when it’s stored on our servers, and only authorized users have access to it. This ensures that our servers meet the highest security compliance policies.
Your Account Security
If you ever want to close your account, you can do so at any time by contacting our support team or by using the app. When you delete your account, all your personal data, accounts, and transactions will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Secured Bank Connection
At SPARQ LTD., we work with financial account information in a read-only mode. This means that we can check your account balance and download lists of transactions, but we are not able to initiate payments or manipulate your account in any way. With Open Banking API, you can log in directly to your bank, and we will only receive an authorization token with a limited lifetime. This means that we never have access to your password.
Account Information Service Provider
We are authorized by SIA “Nordigen Solutions” to display user account information, but only with your explicit consent and in compliance with personal data protection regulations. SIA “Nordigen Solutions” is a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Latvia and is operating as an authorized account information service provider, supervised by the Financial and Capital Market Commission of the Republic of Latvia.
